New high ram usage in EU 20.4.30 (Mi 9T) (Fixed)

in 20.3.26 the ram free is usually 2.9-3.2 GB
but in 20.4.30 the free ram is 2.2-.2.5 GB

EDIT: fixed after a clean installation
