High RAM usage on Redmi Note 7

Hello, I downloaded this rom today and I have noticed that the RAM usage is pretty high without having any apps open, is this normal?

I took a screenshot of it, right after a system reboot, i use the latest version of August update 20.8.13, MIUI 12
