New Home Button And Recent Apps Button Don't Work After Accidentally Downgrade From Weekly To Stable

After accidentally downgraded from Weekly to Stable and flashed back to Weekly
Home button (It still reads my fingerprints) and Recent Apps button (long press menu works) don't work

How to solve this? I checked in Gestures options but no luck
