how can i install the miu dialer on my Xiaomi 13T phone

I have a Xiaomi 13T flashed with the new Hyper OS EU Version 1.0.16.0.UMFEUXM. How can I install the original MIU dialer on my Phone ?
Can someone help me here to get this dialer ?

The

• Europe HyperOS 1.0.16.0.UMFEUXM

and

• Indonesia HyperOS 1.0.8.0.UMFIDXM

do not have the MIU dialer !

Did anybody know which ROM version definitely has the miu dialer ?
or must I install the old MIUI 14 Rom ?

UMFRUXM and UMFTWXM should contain Xiaomi dialer.

today I wanted to download the UMFRUXM and UMFTWXM rom but the links on the page https://xmfirmwareupdater.com/miui/ don't seem to work anymore. Do you also have the same problems with page?
As an alternative, I can also install the miu 14 custom rom xiaomi.eu_multi_VEUXG_V14.0.6.0.TKCMIXM_v14-13, but does this custom rom also work with the 13t phone? Where can I check compatibility ? and which Version should I use ? the latest ?

This site works very well, you must use a fastboot rom with Miflash or fastboot method, obviously for this the bootloader must be locked.
You can only use the roms for your devices, Xiaomi 13T (aristotle).

Problem on your side and no Miui dialer with this rom which is a recovery.

I have flashed the 13t with the Hyper OS1.0.7.0 UMFTWXM rom and the MIU dialer works finewith the record function

But can someone tell me how I could change the taiwan letters on the phone keys in the dialer menu ? Actual I have an Alphabet on the keys and about it additionally the taiwan letters. I have changed the language to german but region setting does not appear in the settings menue.

You can't change that.
That's why I suggested you use RU ROM.
