How do I install a rom for mi11ultra after wiping internal storage?

Good morning everybody. I wiped Dalvik / ART Cache, Metadata, Data, Internal Storage. I am able to boot into twrp. TWRP doesn't list internal storage. I want to install or flash the latest Mi rom from xiaomi.

my smartphone:
xiaomi mi 11 ultra

bootloader:
unlocked

TWRP version:
3.7.0_12-Mi11Ultra_v7.9_A13

my questions are:
1) did I do any mistake yet, e. g. will my phone lose its ability to make cellular calls?
2) how do I go on?
3) where do I get the latest stock rom, or does anybody know a better working rom that I could install?

1) how do I know, which rom I have to pick (I want EU rom)?
2) up to which version is mi 11 ultra able to be flashed / upgraded?
3) up to which rom versions can I flash with twrp 3.7.0_12-Mi11Ultra_v7.9_A13?
4) how do I go step '8 -Install ROM', when twrp does not show internal storage?

Since the ROM version is on Android 14, the TWRP version must be Android 14. Otherwise, it cannot decrypt the storage password.
