How Do I Update The Xiaomi.eu Weekly

Sorry for other noob question, does weekly eu support ota update? I never received 'update available'

I've Mi4c and I seems it won't update my version.
After trying to update to 7.3.30 I still see my version as 7.3.16
Steps:
1. I downloaded the latest ROM MIUI 8.3 7.3.30
2. I Opened my Updater and selected "Choose update package"
3. I selected the zip file from download folder
4. A xiaomi logo appeared, like when the phone is loading after restart
5. then the phone shut itself off.
6. I turn it on, and check in the updater but the version displayed is still 7.3.16
7. The zip file is no longer in the download folder, it was deleted somehow.
Any advice here?

I think maybe you should read the first post on the weekly thread carefully or again? You cannot update via the updater from settings as I understand it.
Before you update the Xiaomi , you need to sycn the phone data to other device or computer for backup ,you know what it is reason
