How Do you Install this?

I know there is a guide using Miflash but all I see there is Mi2, how can I install this rom on my xiaomi mi3? please explain, i am new to this. thanks.
Edit: is it ok to go to settings->version info-> Install new pack over the stock one on Mi3?

no, i'm not, i'd be glad if you could answer if it's ok to update the current stock miui version with miuiandroid one? one upon another.
