I can't install the new firmware xiaomi.eu_multi_MI5X_V10.2.2.0.ODBCNXM_v10-8.1.zip using TWRP 3.1.1-0
Could you help me?

Update your TWRP that version is incompatible, try with the Treble version here in the subforum of Mi 5X

im from 9.5.3.0 stable rom, going to update to 10.2.2.0, my twrp is 3.2.3.0. will i still get black screen if i update to 10.2.2.0?

when i up date i do i need to wipe internal storage?

Hi, please.
How can I update the TWRP?

Put new twrp version inside internal storage.

Boot your device into Twrp recovery and choose the Install option
At the bottom corner, you should “Install Image” and select it.
Navigate to the New TWRP image file and then select Recovery.
Swipe to flash and reboot your system, that’s it.

i am now at xiaomi.eu_multi_MI5X_V10.1.3.0.NDBCNFI_v10-7.1.zip and i have TWRP 3.2.3-0 tiffany mod.

Is it safe to update to xiaomi.eu_multi_MI5X_V10.2.2.0.ODBCNXM_v10-8.1.zip?

I see lot of people damaged the phone updateing new rom, do i need format data and wipe all expect USB-OTG before update?

Always clean install, if u come from another version, 7.1 to 8.1, u can get black screen too or not, u need to pray

Well i did, i formatted data and then i wiped all except USB-OTG.
Then reboot fastboot and install new rom. All work ok

since yesterday i install last eu rom 10.2.1 based on oreo om my Mi 5x by trebble always goes well, installation is complete but when the phone reboot to finish installation the phone is on the Mi powered by Android page continues to download since yesterday, please help me to resolve this issue

my problem is of black screen after flashing TWRP and ROM v10.2.2 later. My last rom was v10.8.1...

The phone seems to start normally but does not show any image at any time, I have unlocked it from miracle
