How to change "Also vibrate for calls" from applications in MIUI Xiaomi.eu rom

Phone Profiles app from Google Play using Android SDK for changing system settings "Also vibrate for calls" is system setting:
Settings.System.VIBRATE_WHEN_RINGING :
This is defined in Android SDK: https://developer.android.com/reference/android/provider/Settings.System.html#VIBRATE_WHEN_RINGING.

It appears that MIUI v10 8.9.13 beta (Xiaomi.eu) does not use this setting, it uses it's own setting.
Please advise how to change "Also vibrate for calls" from applications in this MIUI rom ?

The idea is this: by installing the (above mentioned) Google Play "Phone Profiles" application, the user can build custom phone sound/vibration profiles for various time of the day, Night, Outdoors, Day, Silent. Low Battery, etc.
Then, with only one click, the user can switch fast from one profile to another (without the need to go in phone's settings for many various items i.e. sound file, volume, vibration, and so on.)
