How To Check Mi4c Bootloader Is Locked Or Not.

Gurus in house help a Brother on dis,
I currently use mi4c miui global rom 7.3/stable 7.3.2.0.0(LXKCNDD),d seller installed it but now I want to upgrade to Eu rom miui 8 but wot I don't rite now is if d bootloader is still unlocked or locked?
Is there any way I could check it myself?
Need positive answers ASAP..THANKS

Not true, my MI4c was locked i can go to fastboot.
