I'm on version 21.11.3
I need to update to 21.11.30
So how can I flash it by fast boot because you said if i flash rom by recovery phone will break

Then it depends if you install the xiaomi.eu rom for the first time / change from weekly to stable vice versa or as an update

disable magisk modules before and unhide magisk before update if you have installed it and make a backup
