How To Flash Stable Miui From Cm12?

Hello, i have unlocked redmi 3 with cofface TWRP. But it might be that my device relocked the bootloader. Because when i typed "fastboot oem device-info" i got these results:

(bootloader) Device tampered: false
(bootloader) Device unlocked: false
(bootloader) Charger screen enabled: false
(bootloader) Display panel:

I didn't found any guide how to flash stable miui from other roms. Could i flash it with twrp?
But first i need to unlock the bootloader again. How to do that with cm12? Mi unlock couldn't verify my device because it's running cm12.

P.S. Is it normal that xiaomi recovery disappeared?

I'm using 3s, not 3 but... on my device - if you can launch TWRP - you are able to flash any type of ROM (stable/dev/beta/CM/etc)
With clearing all system/data/whatever - the most horrible thing I've heard was TWRP missing. (If you use correct ROM, of course).
