How To Flash Xiaomi.eu Rom From Global Beta 6.9.9 Or Cm13

Hi There,

I tried to flash from Global Beta 6.9.9. Since /data is encrypted in MM, any updated procedure to flash?

Also, any recommendation on flashing from Cyanogenmod 13? Do I need to flash MIUI first to get the orignal firmware?
