How to install MIUIAndroid ROM

Hi,

I'm migrating from Sony Ericsson Xperia arc S to Xiaomi MI-2, so it's quite a big leap and I'm really clueless about everything about this phone.

May I know which is the easiest and fastest way to remove the stock China ROM and use the MIUIAndroid.com ROM with Gapps? Also, if I use this MIUIAndroid.com ROM, do I still get the "weekly OTA updates" or will I have to manually download the ROM from this site every time it's released?

Does the stock China ROM now support GPS? I've read from other sites that GPS on the Stock China ROM doesn't work outside China. But it was tested on an older build.
Also, does anyone know of any benefits of upgrading from the stock China ROM to this MIUIAndroid.com unofficial MIUI ROM? Other than better English standards...
