How To Install Xiaomi.eu Rom On Mi Note Pro

Hello,

I have one Mi Note Pro, it has MIUI77.00.55.00(LXHCNCI) rom.
I would like to install one of the roms from here (either weekly developer or stable).

Any idea if I have the locked bootloader?
If I do, how can I install xiaomi.eu ROMs?

can i not just download the rom and install it with using the recovery mode than install zip ?

And is there no video how to do it the whole part so also install the rom, unlock bootloader ... pls because i don't understand it in text i need to see what to do pls
