How To Lock Bootloader

Hi guys,

Recenlty i installed Official global rom instead of some resseler that i had using EDL (had locked bootloader).
And afterwards i used MiUnlock app and unlocked my bootloader.

I now am in doubt is there a way to re-lock it?

I had unlocked bootloader and installed TWPR on my Mi5. Currently I am using latest Miui8 eu beta, if I do it (relock),will I continue being able to update Miui8 eu beta via Twpr or ota updater or something else? If I purge twpr, will I get updates and being able to install beta builds

Thank you very much, it worked perfectly on my Xiaomi Mi5. Now the boot message does not appear anymore.
