how to make sure that Miui optimization is Enabled

i was on stable China rom 11.0.4.0 i disabled Miui optimization then i take backup then upgrade to MIUI 11 9.11.28 then restore ,the permission menu's still for google interface

Then re-enable it in Developer options. Permission dialogs are Google-style because our ROMs have been using Google Package Installer so far, not MIUI Package Installer.

there is no option to enable it back in developer option
i can enable it for second's with below command with root permission then disappear
setprop persist.sys.miui_optimization false

I didn't say that you can disable it in Developer options. The setting only appears if it's disabled (to allow the user to enable it back), once enabled, the setting is hidden and should not be touched. If you don't see it in Developer options, it means MIUI optimization is enabled.
