How To Retrieve Files From Hidden Folder With Broken Screen?

The screen of my Mi4C died completely but I am still able to connect it to a computer to retrieve my files. However I saved some media in the Hidden folder.I still know the original pattern for the folder but since my screen is broken I am unable to anything with it. When I try to retrieve this the file is named {[HIDDEN]}longfilename.mp4_encrypted_new. Which means it's still encrypted and I can't open it. Is there a way for me to retrieve these files?

You should be able to control your phone through MiPCSuite. When my Mi4 screen was broken I could only connect my phone and unlock it and operate it normally in MiPCSuite. So once you find the file then move it to a folder that you can view through your PC or email it to yourself.

Unfortunately I also have the Issue that MiPCSuite tells me that my OS is too old which it is not so I am not able to control it through MiPCsuite.
