How to set notifications for app.

Notifications are unreliable on Android 13 with MIUI 14. This is all we can set to work properly.

- hold your finger on the app icon > click on app info
- background autostart > enable
- permissions > show on lock screen
- notification > check settings
- battery saver > No restrictions

- boost speed > lock apps > lock the desired app in RAM
- clear cache when device is locked > never

- turn off mobile data when device is locked > Never

- scenarios > sleep mode > turn off

Can we expect better management of notifications on Android 14 MIUI 15?

I am finding that the apps that should Autostart are not autostarting. On the app settings page there is not even a setting/toggle to allow autostart. It can only be allowed/not allowed in the battery settings, but does not seem to have an effect. The AccuBattery app's leads to two places where autostart and battery savings can be fixed, one with MIUI, the other with Android.

This is about MIUI 14.0.10 and Android 13 TP1A.
