how would i check what rom i have installed?
my phone's codename is ruby and where would I obtain xiaomi.eu ROM for ruby

If you asked this question, it means that you are not using a custom ROM from xiaomi.eu but an official ROM from Xiaomi.
Your device is not supported here because it uses a MediaTek chipset.
