How To Solve The Bad Ram Management

hi guys, we all know the problem of thr bad ram management was the whetstone.apk and the only way to delete it was with root..
.....until now, its very very easy: just open the zip of your rom -> go to system folder -> go to app folder -> find and delete whetstone folder. then reflash the rom and problem solved!!

Is this also helping with the bad Display On Time? I barely manage to get 3 hours and the tablet is at 33% after 3 hours. This is not very much coming out of a 6100 mAh battery.

Besides, if the whetstone.apk is useless, why has no one removed it from those ROMs in the first place, why is it even included in a ROM?

i guess its a problem of gapps
did you install the right version of it?? pico x86 etcetc??? its very important to the correct work

Hi, Im not that expert how exactly you delete the whetstone folder. All I know the explorer.

do it from pc, its easier. just open the zip file of the rom you have donwloaded and then go in system -> app -> whestone and delete it
after this reflash the rom

check if ur file is unzipped, it must be zipped (maybe u have estracted the files)

nope. I've seen a lot of users experiencing same issue but i just dont how they solve it.. I can't flash the Mi-Recovery no matter how I tried.

Bad signature verification Is an error known of mi recovery, with twrp you Can uncheck verification... If you modify rom, you must use twrp. It's not possible to flash xiaomi.eu rom without twrp, or originali cinese without wetstone.

I justb used titanium and froze the app etc and alls fine!
