How to support the Developing Team from Xiaomi EU?

Hi all its more a Question of the long time Members of the Forum. I wanted to write an Developer directly and ask how I can support you ?
I am an Java/Kotlin Developer and maybe Newbie in this Android Section, but I want to support you and learn how to Programm and build MIUI, or support you in the Release's.

How is it possible?
What should be my Skill set ?

I already build CalyxOs by myself and added Magisk with a locked Bootloader, but more by Guide than by myself.

Gitlab,Springboot,Kubernetes,Hibernate are the stuff that I know
