How to turn on 3 way reboot

I see from the features list there is a option of 3 way reboot menu.... But how do I activate it? I can't seem to find it. I am on latest beta Whyred (Redmi note 5/pro)

Settings -> Additional settings -> Developer options -> Extended power menu
