Can't use a old version of the Instagram no more after update to HyperOS

Hello,

I use an old version of the Instagram app and after the update to Xiaomi HyperOS 1.0.10THGEUXM, when I open that app I get the message saying I have to update the app to the latest version in order to use the app. There is no other button than the update button. So I can not use the old version of the app anymore.
When I uninstall and reinstall the old version of the app, I do get in and can use the app, but after I reboot the phone and open the app, I get the same message again and can't use the app.

Is there any way to use this old version? And block the phone from checking the version after reboot, so I do not get the message?
I have the Redmi Note 12 Pro.
