How To Update Redmi Note 3 Mkt Mui 6.2.25 Xiaomi.eu Beta Version

I bought the Redmi Note 3 at giz.china.com the mui is 6.2.25 xiaomi.eu beta when i try to update it doesnt found updates.
Do i need to manuel update first and how ?
And what is easy way to update ? can i simple put rom on my phone and use the update app

First unlock bootloader.
Second flash twrp recovery.
Third flash the latest weekly via recovery.
