It must go through ADB and fastboot command?

Ok, so I immediately flash the rom xiaomi.eu multi MI5 6.6.16_v8-6.0 the TWRP.

I had a bootloop by installed TWRP now i got to flash my mobile and loose all my apps :/

goto twrp, clear dalvik, cache and system ( not data ) and then install this rom ... it shud work without u losing the data.

else u can adb sideload the zip rom but u have to clear dalvik,cache and system before u proceed !
