never mind I found out a way to do it:
open the "miui feedback" widget, it'll take you to "xiaomi passport" page and create an account. after that you'll get an email sent to you in chinese but its a confirmation. click at it and then you're done.
go back to your phone "MiTalk" app and use your email address and your password and "Shazzam!!!" you're done.
p.s. don't type "shazaam" I'm just saying "long and behold" you're done. lol.
