Recently my phone (HTC Incredible) has been going crazy and just not working. I'm fed up with trying to fix it, and I'm at the point where I want to totally unroot my phone and bring it back to the stock OS, but I can't get it to work for the life of me. Can anyone here help me out, please? I'm at my wits end.

If you wish to UNROOT. The best option would be to use ODIN and reflash back to stock firmware. You will loose everything though. It will pretty much rewipe the phone back to normal. I think the SD card is left fine though.
That's exactly what I want. I want to get my phone back to the way it was when I bought it from the store. I don't care about losing everything since I have it all backed up. Do you have a link to where I can find instructions how to use ODIN?
