In Progress incorrect displaying of music tags

Hello from Russia!
Phone: Motorola RAZR Maxx
FW: MIUI 2.10.12 (the same was at least on all FW for 3 last months). The same problem is on almost all original firmwares (only latest European ICS fw doesn`t have this problem, but after MIUI I can`t use original anymore).
Apps: MIUI standard, Apollo, PowerAMP, etc...

Almost all mp3 and m4a misuc files with tags in Russian are displaying incorrect. I`ve tryed to change versions of tags (ID3 v1, v3) and to change encoding (unicode, iso, etc...) - absolutely no results((


Sometime some files are displaying correct, but theres no difference between them and all the rest, whitch are displaying incorrect.

Did you try id3fixer?
Попробуй id3fixer с маркета - выбери режим переименования - возможно всё таки с кодировкой что то не то.

I`ve tryed "ID3Fixer" and "Rus Ttag Fixer" - both didn`t help. At least on PC tag encoding looks good - all music is in iTunes library (I had a few i-devices before Moto) and both iTunes and i-devices show tag correctly.

Пробовал 2 приложения, не помогли совсем. На компьютере все ок, и в iTunes и на паре ай-устройств все читалось нормально. так что думаю проблема все-так была в прошивке. Тем более, что на официальной европейской 4.0.4 теги отображались корректно.

Сейчас обновлюсь по совету ingbrzy, посмотрим...

After update to 2.11.9 Music app don`t crash anymore after trying to use new feature "Auto correct ID3 by internet". But it absolutely USELESS. Absolutely NOTHING happens, when I use it.

I still think, that the problem is in FW, but not ID`s. The ID`s are filled correct, as these files displaying correct info on other devices and computers. Plus this autocorrection takes info from Baidu as I suppose, but there`s no information about Russian singers there.

this will be gradually addressed over the coming weeks, Xiaomi have been working to address and improve the music app.
