New Install Via Usb Won't Enable

Hello,

I'm trying to enable the install via usb setting within developers options but it enables for one second and goes to disabled right after that.

Does anyone know how i enable this option ? Without it i can't install apps directly with android studio.

Do you have enabled option to install from Unknown sources?
