I was having issues with my Mi11 Ultra I installed the lasted stable ROM 1.03 but was having issues with SIM activation. I tried reverting back to an older OS but that didn't work. Now my phone won't load at all. I can load TWRP and have downloaded the most recent ROM onto my PC. Is there anyway for me to transfer the ROM onto the phone then load it with TWRP? I have already wiped the phone....your help would be greatly appreciated.
