Can someone tell me do I have to wipe my phone when installing weekly Xiaomi.EU ROM? Currently I have stable Xiaomi.EU ROM.

Yes, going from Stable to Weekly needs a FULL WIPE.. And vise versa..

No, just dalvik/ cache and data. Do not wipe system !!!!

Try without full wipe first then listen to my advice.. They have different systems, the cache plays no role in this.

If you go from stable to developer then full wipe.
If you update developer weekly to another developer weekly then wipe cache/dalvik
