I've tried the Hebrew translation on multilang 3.11.8... Everything is justified to the left instead of to the right (RTL issue) and many strings are not translated at all. Seem like work on Hebrew translation was abandoned long ago.
I'm not a developer, but if translation simply means translating strings in XML files, I guess I can do that. But I'm not sure what to do about the RTL problem. Is there a guide for translators? Is programming experience required?
