Is There A North American Rom For The Mi Note?

Hey guys I have a Mi note I got as a gift. Is there a rom that does not have any chinese characters/apps in it with google store preinstalled?
I use to have a nexus 5 phone and I want my Mi note to be the closest thing to it.
also do I have to flash my phone? How do I do that?

Your Mi Note's codename is 'virgo'. Any of our ROMs with 'virgo' in the name fits your device. I'd recommend you install our Stable ROM to see if it fits your needs first. If you need or are dependent on Root Access, install our Weekly ROMs instead.
