Is there any Modems/CSC's for Iceland?

I've gotten a problem with choosing a mobile operator in Iceland, due to my SIM card from "Tal" operator the phone won't find "Tal" network. This issue is on 1.10.21 version of rom and I'm using Samsung Galaxy S (gt-i9000 model).

it happens to me whit galaxy s2 from claro puerto rico, i just restore my nandroid back up of the original stock rom, and backed up my apn whit apn back up from the market


and then re flashed miui and my apn ( just re download apn back up from the market again )

and if market download doesn't work?
