Is Xiaomi considering to release a global variant of his newest serie?

There are rumours about it with USB-C port, Band 20 support and so on... Are those just speculations or just got confirmed?
 
Good luck buying it from official store.

Other sellers are listing it also on Aliexpress. RN3 and RN4 had Band 20 version, there is no doubt about 5 having it also, it is their top selling model.

Thats not what i meant. There is actually no official announcement yet. And third-party shops are no real evidences or confirmation for his outcome.
The only thing i've seen so far is the announcement for Indonesia. https://twitter.com/xiaomi/status/984023253286051840
And i'm curious if this will became the global release variant.
