issue installing TWRP on Mi note 10 - help please

Hi!
after succesfull unlocking my Mi note 10, i followed this guide to install TWRP on it

- download recovery.img and copy in to ADB folder (i tried some tucana recovery image)
- boot your device in fastboot mode
- run fastboot device
- than type fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
-- it show "OKAY" and "finished"
- after that boot in TWRP with the command fastboot boot recovery.img

everything seems to be OK, but when i try to enter in recovery mode it still the original Mi-recovery 3.0, there is not TWRP.

Can sameone help me please? What's wrong?

In some cases, TWRP will not install if Verified Boot is on.
