Language And Google Apps

Hi,
I'm having a problem with the last rom (MIUI V8),
The rom works fine but the english version isn't completely translated and I don't have the google apps.
Anybody knows how to solve this ?

I found a web where explains how to install the apps but it's in spanish.

About the language, I think there is no way to do it fine, maybe we should wait until a new multi language version.
