I did a lot of searching but.. is there a Android 6.0 ROM for Note 4X?
I relied heavily on Xposed thus wanna flash to 6.0.

Going by the Official ROMs which Xiaomi.eu are based off 7.2.16 is Android 6.0.

This is the 7.2.16 filename: miui_HMNote4XGlobal_7.2.16_e6eed016d8_6.0

Then if you download 7.2.24 the filename is: miui_HMNote4XGlobal_7.2.24_3a348895b3_7.0

Going by the Official ROMs which Xiaomi.eu are based off 7.2.16 is Android 6.0.

okay an issue arise, i flashed 7.2.16 but upon booting.
"com.android.systemui has stopped"

is it due to my upgrade of android 7.0 then downgrade?

Try 'Fix Contexts' & wipe Dalvik & Cache in TWRP.
