Latest Rom For Note 1s / 4g Dual Sim / Gucci?

Hello all:

Trying to find out the latest ROM for my device Note 1S or GUCCI. Is this correct?

• Latest weekly: MIUI v8.2 - xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote1S_6.11.3_v8-4.4.zip
  
• Latest montly: MIUI v8.0 - xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote1S_V8.0.1.0.KHKCNDG_v8-4.4.zip

How do these versions stack up against official ROMs from miui.com?

• Latest DEV GLOBAL is: miui_HMNote1SGlobal_6.12.15_40f2205834_4.4.zip
  
• Latest DEV CHINESE is: miui_HMNote1S_6.12.15_84e9e3a541_4.4.zip

• Latest STABLE GLOBAL is: miui_HMNote1SGlobal_V8.1.1.0.KHKMIDI_2b91dfa59f_4.4.zip
  
• Latest STABLE CHINESE is: miui_HMNote1S_V8.1.1.0.KHKCNDI_c82977dd78_4.4.zip

I'm not asking which one is better, more about the differences:

• If I update from xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote1S_6.11.3_v8-4.4.zip to miui_HMNote1S_6.12.15_84e9e3a541_4.4.zip do I lose english / spanish language support? Play Store not built-in?
• I read here that weekly ROMs for this device had been abandoned by xiaomi.eu, only stables will be built, but then how come the stables from miui.com are newer than the ones here? Are xiaomi.eu stables not built in sync to the miui.com stables?

And one finaly question, I was using the latest weekly (xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote1S_6.11.3_v8-4.4.zip), which was causing me troubles, namely some app crashes and bluetooth sync problems, I tried to downgrade to the latest stable (xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote1S_V8.0.1.0.KHKCNDG_v8-4.4.zip), but it wasnt successful, do I need to do a full wipe to downgrade? Maybe reinstall some fastboot from miui.com?
