New Led Blinking With Just One Color

Led blinks in just one color, no matter the app that triggered it.
Sometimes blinks itself although it has no notification (tested with Light Flow App)
RedMI Note 4 with the latest weekly Rom version. Other models(note 2,...) has it too.

same here, seems bug and is highlighted on En.miui.com

Same here, with Mi Note 2: even using official settings the color won't change.
Light Flow App appears to be able, under a very strict variety of settings, to change LED Color but only when in "Test Mode". Even if personal settings are applied and the app is in background, LED won't behave as expected.
