In Progress "loading" when closing apps

I set MIUI to delete after 2,000 texts. It gives me the texts I want to look back at, but keeps deleting old stuff to prevent lag.

yeah think im gonna do that and get some sort of a search software that can read sms backups

Well i did a wipe of the phone in recovery and put 1 and 1 thing back and changed some settings and put everything into the phone and seems loading is gone for now and i still have all the sms so not sure where the problem is
