Where I can found TWRP 3.2.1.0 for Mi Mix 2.I installed the latest Rom 8.1.18 Beta with XiaoMITool but they delete me everything from my handy .I want update my Handy with TWRP so I loose no datas

Dont know your problem but twrp should be 3.2.1.0 if you are installing OREO.
