Loudspeaker Problem

I've been using Redmi Pro for 2 months now.
there is no sound coming out from loud speaker while playing music, video, alarm, and handfree call, but some time it work with scratchy sound and then suddenly stop.
earpiece phone and head phone works fine
I have tried Official ROMs from xiaomi, ******* ROM and currently I am using xiaomi.eu 8.1.2 Stable as my daily driver
But the Problem still exist, is it hardware problem or ROM problem?

I have the same problem with redmi 4. very good sound with earphone, One time I've sound and it was good; Im' international stable 8.2.0. I tried to reboot but stop. it was Chinese. I don't understand/ I tried what XIAMI support write

• Dial *#*#6484#*#*
• Select the option related to Mic/Speaker/Loopback/Headphone
• Perform the test and check weather its passed

• Then download the Global and stable version of zip file of your phone.
• Then create a folder named "downloaded_rom" in your internal storage and paste that file.
• Then go to the 'Updater' application in your phone.
• Then select "..." option.
• Then select "Choose update package" option.
• Then select that file which you had pasted and start the update.
