Loudspeakers Suddenly Stopped Working

Hey guys,
I recently got my Redmi Note 2 and I love it!
But my loudspeakers suddenly stopped working 2 days ago.
I really dont know why. The phone did not fall down or anything.
Could it be a software problem?

Make sure that all volumes are high, it does not operate in any way, attacks headphones and try. If that fails, wipe data, wipe cache, wipe Dalvik, and install again

Volume is high, headphones do work.
I resetted everything once, but it still didnt work.
What is Dalvik?

I just noticed that they are very very silent. If i put my ear on it, I can hear some noise. So the speakers must be broken, right? :-(

I'm thinking, sound card works, the speakers! Try again wipe and install the rom, come on
