Mi 10 Ultra from Dev to Stable

Hi everyone.
I'm currently on the latest Dev rom 22.10.26 and would like to switch to recent Stable V14.0.2.0.TJJCNXM. I would like to confirm two things.
- it's tagged as Hybrid, does this mean that I can use my TWRP to install it on my current Dev version?
- Do I need to do a full wipe including my data or does ARTDalvikCache/Cache is enough?

I think you must format full data from Dev to Stable, it is not possible to maintain data, and you obtain bootloop.

I'm right now on the "TWRP-3.4.2B-1208-XIAOMI10ULTRA-CN-wzsx150-fastboot.zip". By afterwards you mean that I can use this one to upgrade to the Stable rom but then I need to update the TRWP to the newest one? Or should I first update the TWRP to the newest one "[REC_BOOT]3.7.0_12-Mi10Ultra_v7.9_A13-cas-skkk_899114d7.zip" ?
