Looking for some advice please. Found on Amazom two Mi 10's, one is 256gb but is Vodafone branded at £577 and a 128gb unbranded at £579, I'm not very well educated as far as phones go so I'm uncertain what branding is and how it would affect me using it on O2, please will somebody take the time to advise me.

You could have problems only if the device is SIM locked. In all other cases you can use it with no regrets.
Branding the device means that the boot splash screen will have a logo and you will have some Vodafone specific apps installed. All could be easily solved by flashing a custom rom such as XEU.
