MI 10T Lite not updating for over a year (stuck on MIUI 12.5 by xiaomi.eu 21.3.10 Beta)

So, I used to get updates about once every other week or so, but haven't had one in well over a year. I'm in USA and my reception is horrid (compared to iPhones) and
it wasn't this way some 15 months ago when I was here. Why am I not getting updates, and where/how can I update to a stable 13?
