Mi 10T Pro camera quality?

Has anyone figured out the most optimal way of squeezing out the best camera performance out of the Mi 10T Pro with it's 108mpix samsung sensor? Ever since we got our phones it feels like no camera app can actually utilize it fully.
Have not tried xiaomi.eu custom rom as we're still on latest official (A13), does it improve anything?

Open Camera is one that works well, but the HDR mode sometimes introduces some digital noise.
