Hello all,

As there is no fastboot rom anymore for the Mi 11 LITE 5G I have a question.

Can someone tell me which TRWP can be used to install the current xiaomi.eu rom. and if possible how t install it properly.

I had a look in a german forum but unfortunate there is no solution all end in a bootloop.

Thanks in advance and best regards
Molki

Hello Poney70,

There are fastboot roms, just have to look for them. These are the basic steps.
First verify that that your bootloader is till unlocked using the MiUnlock tool. Once you have verified that bootloader is unlocked or re-unlock the bootloader, if the bootloader became locked. Then install an older fastboot Xiaomi.eu rom. Make sure you choose the proper one, as there is also one without 5G. Download this one on your PC. https://sourceforge.net/projects/xi.../files/xiaomi.eu/MIUI-WEEKLY-RELEASES/21.7.7/
Follow the instructions for installing a Xiaomi.eu fastboot rom. Use the <scroll down to> OLD FASTBOOT GUIDE: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads...iaomi-eu-rom-for-xiaomi-mi11-pro-ultra.59486/ Follow those instructions closely! Then after successful bootup, you need to install TWRP. Follow these instructions: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/guide-install-twrp-for-mi-11-pro-ultra.61239/. Once TWRP is installed download and install the latest Xiaomi.eu rom. By the way, I have linked the weekly rom for you. If you would rather download the stable rom, the process is still the same. Just use stable rom instead.

Hello;
I have done that. But the fastboot rom does not install on my Mi 11 lite 5G (xiaomi.eu_multi_MI11Lite5G_V12.5.3.0.RKICNXM_v12-11-fastboot (1).zip). The rom installs normally, until the reboot, then I land on the normal recovery. then bootloop on the recovery.
After several unsuccessful attempts, I finally and with relief managed to reinstall an official rom via Mi flash.
I finally succeeded to install the beta rom (xiaomi.eu_multi_MI11Lite5G_21.9.15_v12-11 (1).zip) with the twrp - Thanks to gogocar62 for his tutorial.

I still have a problem with the twrp which does not find the external SD card, even after formatting. It is however visible and accessible from the file manager of the smartphone.

Thanks.

Hello,

Is it normal that the twrp (twrp-3.5.2-renoir-Nebrassy.img) for mi 11 lite 5G does not recognize the SD card? I can't make a backup and it's pretty frustrating.

It it does not recognize your sd card, that is more than likely that TWRP is not decrypting properly.

The problem is not the internal memory. I don't have any problem on that side. The problem is the EXTERNAL SD card, which is well recognized by the smartphone but not by the TWRP. I formatted the external sd card via the smartphone, but it didn't change anything.

I see, It's not mounting your sd card, hence it's not recognizing it. Try either mount it through TWRP or via ADB commands.

The editing via TWRP does not work either. The "click" remains inactive. I don't know how to mount the SD card via ABD, and I doubt it will work.

I think TWRP is not mature enough. Bug ?

Unless it is official TWRP via TWRP.me then it is an unofficial build. If it is an unofficial build, look and see if there is another version of TWRP available/

i'm using the fastboot method, dont think they've updated the twrp to work with android 13/miui 14
